At Into Adulthood Online we have decades of experience supporting young people and those around them in their journey Into Adulthood.  We  design and deliver programs that create and support a contemporary rite of passage experience for students across Australia (and around the world).

Our custom social and emotional learning (SEL) programs and wellbeing activities are designed to create space for students to discover who they are, build confidence, and become resilient adults.

By empowering teachers, schools, and families to work together, our program guides young people through the challenges of growing up, helping them find their path and achieve their full potential.

Scottie Wood

Scottie Wood

Co-founder/Director

With over 20 years of experience working with young people, Scottie is a highly respected leader in the field of wellbeing and youth development.

Scottie holds an Associate Diploma in Recreation Leadership, a Bachelor of Arts in Recreation Management, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

He is also a certified business and life coach, with a special focus on leadership consulting and program facilitation. His qualifications, paired with decades of hands-on experience, allow him to deliver transformative learning experiences that foster personal growth and resilience.

As Director of Into Adulthood Online, he leverages his extensive background to design programs that support young people in their transition to adulthood.

Scottie’s passion for the outdoors and adventure is central to his work, using experiential learning to help students discover their strengths. Whether trekking remote landscapes or riding his Triumph through the South West, Scottie’s commitment to growth and challenge is reflected in everything he does.

Mary Wood

Mary Wood

Co-founder/Director

Mary brings over 35 years of experience in health, wellbeing, and education to her role as Director of Into Adulthood Online.

As a Registered Nurse with a Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring, a Certificate IV in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and a Community Engagement Practitioner, Mary’s expertise is rooted in a deep passion for supporting humans to uncover their passion, purpose and what is possible.

Mary has worked across Australia, the UK, and the Middle East, leading healthcare teams in diverse and remote communities fuelling her passion for fostering meaningful connections and understanding across cultures.

Driven by her love for adventure, challenge and the great outdoors, on the weekend you’ll find her ocean swimming or in her vegetable garden.

Mary sees the potential in all young people and is dedicated to developing programs that equip adults to empower students and support their wellbeing as they transition into adulthood.

CEO of Access IQ

With over 15 years of experience in the medical training and course development industry, Drew is a respected leader in delivering innovative learning solutions.

As the founder, co-owner, and CEO of Benchmarque Group, Drew has worked with Federal Health, Jurisdictional Health, Primary Healthcare Networks, Community Controlled Health Organisations, and private sector clients to create industry-leading, accredited courses for the primary health workforce.

Drew’s expertise extends to online learning through Access IQ, a platform he developed to help businesses deliver effective online programs and courses. His deep understanding of practical skills-based training, paired with his commitment to improving healthcare education, positions him as a forward-thinking leader in the industry.

When he’s not working, Drew enjoys spending quality time with his family and embracing the occasional adventure.
