Nurturing young people Into Adulthood

A 12-month social and emotional learning (SEL) program that inspires young people to step into their best selves by engaging the whole school community.

The only SEL program of its kind

The only SEL program of its kind

Guiding young minds into a future of possibilities

Today’s teens are dealing with more pressures than ever—from social media to mental health struggles and figuring out who they are. But what if these challenges could be turned into opportunities for growth and self-discovery?

That’s where our Into Adulthood program comes in. Not your typical SEL program, Into Adulthood is a year-long journey that equips students with the skills they need to thrive—not just in school, but in life.

Backed by the CASEL framework, we help young people understand themselves, build strong relationships, and make decisions that align with their values. This program is about more than just getting through high school—it’s about preparing for a life full of purpose, passion, and opportunity.

What is Into Adulthood?

A social & emotional learning program, lighting the path to adulthood

Imagine a school that doesn’t just educate but transforms.

The Into Adulthood program offers more than just SEL education—it’s a complete reimagining of what education can be. Designed for years 7-12 and features immersive lessons, workshops, and real-world activities that build self-awareness, resilience, empathy, and leadership.

Our schoolwide approach to SEL goes beyond weekly lessons or morning breathing exercises. When fully implemented, you will see SEL woven throughout all classrooms, across the school building, and in the broader school community.

While students learn to tackle life’s challenges, teachers and parents are equipped with the tools to support them, creating a connected school environment.

Here’s a closer look at what makes this program special:

Why research-backed
schoolwide SEL works best

CASEL research shows that schools with SEL programs help students succeed academically, socially, and personally. Here’s why a schoolwide approach is so transformative:

Better school environment: SEL programs improve the school atmosphere and increase attendance. Schools in CASEL’s initiative saw better academic results, stronger social skills, and fewer disciplinary issues.

Unified services: A systemic approach brings together various school programs into a cohesive plan, boosting staff morale and student learning.

Consistent SEL experience:Students learn SEL skills faster when they get consistent messages. A schoolwide approach ensures everyone—teachers, parents, and community members—works together.

Cultural responsiveness: Partnering with families and community groups makes SEL more relevant, respecting and incorporating different cultural perspectives.
